Aidens Best Dance Moves
Okay so my son is a huge fan of America's Best Dance Crew, and everytime we watch it he cant help but try to do every move he see's. It's cute, funny, and SCARY because he will try to do the spins and hand stands and I get so freaked out that he is going to break something. Anyways today I decided to try to capture some of his moves. Please ignore the boxes in the backround :0)
Out with the boys
A couple weeks ago I finally decided to take my boys out to Mt. Charleston while Allen was at work. Something I have never done. I usually love to play with my kids, but I will be the first to admit I don't take them out, it's a lot of work for me to do it, so instead we usually spend our days inside. Well I promised Aiden Subway because for some strange reason he REALLY wanted it, so I decided to get Subway for lunch and drive up to the Mt. We had a little picnic and the boys got to run around for about an hour. There was a thunder storm close by so Cameron was a little scared but we made it and had a blast (except for the fact that it took me awhile to find the meadow Allen usually takes us to).

Watch out now, they are ready for you
I just love these two boys

Aiden wanted to take a picture
Cameron got scared of the thunder, it was pretty loud, kinda scared me too
Aiden didn't care about the thunder, he was having fun

Aiden made someone smile
Today when I dropped off the kids at daycare one of the teachers from Aiden's room approached me. She started off by saying "Out of the 20some years I've worked here I have never had a kid say this to me", and immediately I was like Oh-no what did Aiden say, thinking of all the things he has said to to me. Then she continued saying that she had went on vacation and didn't say anything to any of the kids about going and was taken by surprise when she got back and Aiden approached her asking "How was your vacation, did you have a fun?". She said that it made her smile because he was asking about her, and it was sweet that he wanted to know if she had fun. Most kids aren't really concerned about what someone else has done, just always wanting to tell you about them, so it was a nice gesture from Aiden. It's nice to know he's just as sweet to others as he is to me. (attached a vintage aiden pic from hawaii)
